Qatar Orders:

We offer an 'Easy Return Policy' which allows you to request a return, exchange, or refund within 5 days of delivery.

Procedure:

Initiate Request: Contact our Customer Support team via email at [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Include your order ID and specify whether you are requesting a return, replacement, or refund. Attach an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Return Process: You can either return the product directly to our warehouse or we can arrange a pickup from your location within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed only if products are returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

International Orders:

Returns are eligible only if the products are received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Such items must be returned in their original, unused, and sealed condition.

If a Return is Accepted:

We will replace or refund (as store credit) the invoiced value.
Upon submission of the customs receipt, any customs fees paid will be reimbursed as a refund coupon for your next order.

Replacement Availability: Subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund (as store credit).

Non-returnable Items:

Products damaged due to misuse or overuse.
Products returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, or other accessories, or with damaged original packaging.
Products with tampered serial numbers.
Defective products are not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
Used or altered products.
Requests are initiated after three business days of delivery.
Customized products such as raw materials, heavy equipment, and chemicals, as these are imported specifically for your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide Order Details: Include your order ID and detail the issue. Attach photos of the product and the invoice.
Ship to Warehouse: Return the product to our warehouse address. We will process a refund or replacement only if the product is in its original condition.

Partial Returns: You may return individual items from a multi-item order. However, you must also return the complete item, including all components and any free or complimentary products.
